Ted joined CrunchTime in 2021 as the Chief Experience Officer. As CXO, Ted is responsible for designing and delivering outstanding customer experiences, prioritizing the customers’ viewpoints in decision-making processes and tracking the key performance indicators that measure customer success. A SaaS professional with more than 20 years of experience, Ted was most recently with SmashFly Technologies, where he provided world-class client service and support leadership as their Chief Customer Officer, and later as Chief Operating Officer. Ted holds a BA from Boston College.
