Melisa Visci

Melisa Visci is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of CX Operations for Global SVOD at Crunchyroll since July 2025, Melisa previously held the position of VP of Operations for Latin America at The Functionary from February 2017 to August 2025, where responsibilities included spearheading operational strategy and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Melisa also held senior management roles at CompuCom from January 2009 to January 2017, focusing on vendor management and client contracts. Melisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
