Patrick Perez has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Director of News Features at Fox Television Stations from 1995 to 1999. Patrick then moved on to GoTV Networks, Inc., where they served as a VP News & Entertainment from 2000 to 2007, overseeing the launch of wireless networks and applications for various major companies. Perez continued their career as the Director, New Media | Distribution Strategy at FUEL TV, a FOX Sports network, from 2007 to 2010. Patrick then joined the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as the Director of Digital Programming | Streaming & Distribution | Strategy, playing a crucial role in the launch and success of their digital streaming service. After leaving UFC in 2017, Perez served as a Senior Analyst at TDG Research, focusing on OTT, Multi-Platform Networks, Interactive, Esports until 2020. Most recently, they worked at C3 Entertainment, Inc. as the Director of Technology, overseeing OTT, SVOD, and linear video strategy, execution, and operations. Currently, Perez holds the position of Senior Product Manager at Crunchyroll, where they manage the mobile suite and leads international roll-outs and language localization for the world-renowned Japanese anime distributor.
Patrick Perez attended San Diego State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications & Film / Psychology. Patrick then enrolled in Cornell University's Certificate Program in Data Analytics, completing it in 2018. Patrick has also earned additional certifications, including REDucation from RED Digital Cinema in October 2022, Google Analytics & Data Studio from Google in September 2019, Google Adwords Search Certification from Google in March 2018, and Avid Certified User: Media Composer | NewsCutter from Avid in April 2010.
