Praveen Gour

Praveen Gour currently serves as Associate Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Marketing at Crystal Crop Protection Limited since December 2023. Previously, Praveen held key positions at Indofil Industries Limited from October 2018 to December 2023, leading the Insecticide and Herbicide portfolio as Lead and managing brands as a Brand Manager. Experience includes product management roles at Atul Ltd, focusing on herbicides and insecticides from October 2014 to October 2018, and serving as Sales Unit Lead at Syngenta, handling various crop seeds and crop protection solutions from April 2011 to September 2014. Praveen started the professional journey at ITC Limited in the Agribusiness division from November 2006 to March 2011, overseeing sales, marketing, and procurement operations, and began as a Sales Executive at Pest Control India (Pvt) Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Entomology from Banaras Hindu University, a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Rajasthan Agricultural University, and an MBA in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University.
