Emily Schur

Emily Schur serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management at C&S Wholesale Grocers since April 2024 and has been a Trustee on the Board of Overseers for Boston Children's Museum since February 2020. Previously, Emily held significant roles at Sunlife Financial from March 2014 to April 2024, including Senior Vice President of Global Talent, where responsibilities encompassed a comprehensive People & Culture strategy involving talent management, learning and development, and diversity initiatives. Leadership experience also includes a Vice President position at Travelers Companies, Inc. from April 2011 to March 2014, overseeing a nationwide Field HR team and managing critical business partnerships. Emily's career began at Konover Construction Corporation as Director of Human Resources. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Relations from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 1995.
