Andrew Disimone

Andrew DiSimone is an accomplished customer success leader with extensive experience spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts at CSG since October 2025, Andrew's previous roles include Global Director and Director of Customer Success at Zuora, where Andrew contributed to the evolution of the Subscription Economy. Andrew's experience also includes strategic advisory work for Tokyobike, senior management positions at Adobe focusing on customer retention and engagement, and roles at StartUp Health, Responsys, Canvas New York, and Indigo Design. With a background in managing client relationships and driving value realization, Andrew's education includes a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University and select coursework in Media Studies from The New School.
