Diego Sacristan

Diego Sacristan currently serves as the Head of International at CSL Behring since August 2024. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Pfizer from February 2004 to July 2024, where Diego held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Global Marketing Lead overseeing a diverse portfolio of medicines, and US Oncology President managing an $8B oncology business. Additional roles at Pfizer encompassed Regional President for International Developed Markets in Internal Medicine and Chief Commercial Officer for Emerging Markets. Earlier positions included leading the Innovative Pharma business in Brazil and managing the launch of XELJANZ in Latin America. Diego also served as a Board Member for ViiV Healthcare from September 2022 to July 2024 and worked as a Consulting Manager at PwC before co-founding Cosmopolitan Tours. Diego holds a PDD from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
