Nick Carmen

Nick Carmen is currently the VP of Corporate Real Estate at CARMEN, where Nick manages all aspects of real estate needs for clients. Nick also serves as a Partner in Acquisitions at Urban Growth Capital LLC and as Director of Operations at CTRL FREQ. With a background in finance from Indiana University Bloomington, Nick has held various positions in commercial real estate and founded their own company, BuildingBuddy. Additionally, Nick has been involved in non-profit organizations such as Marillac St. Vincent Family Services.
