KV Rami Reddy has a solid work experience in the field of project management and IT operations. KV started their career as an Implementation Lead at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd in June 2015 and remained in that role until May 2016. From May 2016 to June 2018, they worked as a Program Manager at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, where they successfully managed 18 new projects and ensured 24/7 operations with customers. KV then took on the role of Senior Program Manager at the same company from June 2018 to April 2022. In this position, they had complete ownership of the projects from kick-off to handover and was responsible for their success. KV managed a diverse team and ensured smooth deployments and operations across multiple locations. From April 2022 to the present, KV Rami Reddy has been serving as a Customer Success Manager at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd. In this role, they lead a team of four program managers and is responsible for heading the North Region. KV also acts as a single point of contact for 39 large-scale revenue customers, reporting to the VP and SD Head. Prior to their time at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, they worked as a Senior Associate Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd from April 2013 to May 2015, where they managed infrastructure systems, servers, backups, and storage.

KV Rami Reddy obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they also completed a BTech degree in Computer Science from Sai Spurthy Institute of Technology during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, KV Rami Reddy obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2021. KV also holds the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in December 2019. Furthermore, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2019 and the Exam 410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft in April 2017.
