David Arida is Chief Operating Officer of Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

As COO, David will oversee Cue Health’s worldwide supply chain, manufacturing operations, and expansion of its product line, positioning the Company for continued growth.

Prior to joining Cue Health, David served for a decade in multiple senior operational roles at [Dexcom](/org/dexcom), a diabetes care technology company. He was most recently [Dexcom](/org/dexcom)’s senior vice president of global manufacturing operations. Before [Dexcom](/org/dexcom), David held a number of management, consulting, and engineering positions at Alere (now Abbott), Amylin Pharmaceuticals (now [AstraZeneca](/org/astrazeneca)), and PRTM (now PWC).

David holds an MBA and a Masters in Engineering Management from [Northwestern University](/org/northwestern-university) as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell.

David Arida

Deborah (Deb) Morris is Senior Regulatory and Clinical Affairs Advisor at Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

Deb provides leadership and direction for regulatory and clinical affairs at the company. She develops regulatory strategies, manages regulatory submissions, leads interactions with regulators, and directs and manages the clinical team in the design and execution of compliant, on-budget, and timely clinical studies.

Deb has over 40 years of experience in executive management and her expertise includes clinical and regulatory strategies for in-vitro diagnostics, clinical operations, protocol development, clinical trial management, data analysis, and the U.S. and international regulatory submissions. Prior to Cue, she served as Senior Director, Clinical for Myraqa, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Illumina Inc.; Director, Regulatory Affairs Strategic Initiatives at [GE Healthcare](/org/ge-healthcare-limited); and Senior Director, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Focus Diagnostics. Deb began her career at Ischemia Technologies and served in various clinical and regulatory affairs roles at Siemens Healthcare.

Deb earned Master of Science degrees in biostatistics from [New York Medical College](/org/new-york-medical-college) and computer science from [New York University](/org/nyu). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from the State University of New York at Albany.

Deborah Morris

Elizabeth Swanson is Vice President, People, and Culture for Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

Elizabeth leads a 50-person team of Cue Human Resource professionals who are committed to building and maintaining an interdisciplinary team of forward-thinking innovators within the Scientific, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, Software Development, and Commercial disciplines. She has been with Cue for five years, during which time the Company has scaled from less than 50 employees to 1200+ (and growing) today. Elizabeth’s focus is on fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Under Elizabeth’s leadership, Cue won the HR Team of the Year Award through San Diego HR Forum in 2020 and was named the Best Company for Career Development and CEO for Diversity in 2021 by Comparably. Prior to her time at Cue, she served in Human Resources, Corporate Development, and Talent Acquisition roles at [Johnson & Johnson](/org/johnson-johnson), [Salient CRGT](/org/salient-crgt-inc), and [Allergan](/org/allergan).

Elizabeth Swanson

Glenn Wada is Chief Commercial Officer of Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

At Cue, Glenn is responsible for all revenue and growth functions globally, including sales, marketing, customer success, and new market development.

Prior to joining Cue, Glenn served as Senior Vice President, Healthcare & Life Sciences at [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) where he was responsible for accelerating growth across the category. Prior to [Salesforce](/org/salesforce), Glenn was recruited by [McKesson](/org/mckesson) to serve as President of CoverMyMeds where he was responsible for driving the company’s overall sales and operational performance. Prior to this, Glenn served as Senior Vice President, Field Operations of [Dassault Systèmes](/org/dassault-systemes), where he transformed the Go-To-Market strategy of BIOVIA, the company’s largest global acquisition. He previously served as Chief Growth Officer at [Accolade](/org/accolade) and spent 10 years in leadership roles at SAP, and most recently held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Line of Business.

Earlier in his career, Glenn held executive leadership positions with Mohomine Artificial Intelligence, Comergent Technologies, PeopleSoft, and [Paramount Pictures](/org/paramount-pictures). He began his career with Ernst & Young.

Glenn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Glenn Wada

John Gallagher is Chief Financial Officer of Cue Health, a healthcare technology company. At Cue, John is responsible for all the company’s internal and external facing financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, and audit.

John joined Cue from a multinational medical technology company, Becton, Dickinson & Co. (BD), where he served as CFO of its Medical Segment and Treasurer. Upon joining BD in 2012, he was named Corporate Treasurer, a role he held throughout his tenure at the company. John also had responsibility for corporate finance, including financial planning and analysis, and was Controller and Chief Accounting Officer during two acquisitions for the company.

Prior to BD, John served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at NBC Universal. He also served as Assistant Controller of Corporate Treasury for General Electric Company. John began his career with Ford Motor Company, holding various roles across Treasury, Internal Audit, and Product Development Finance.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from [Clemson University](/org/clemson-university) and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the [University of Pittsburgh](/org/university-of-pittsburgh).

John Gallagher

Clint Sever is co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

Clint leads product development and product design strategy at Cue, including the look and feel of Cue products, user interface, and packaging. Clint has overseen hardware engineering, supply chain development, and scaled manufacturing of Cue consumable cartridges, cartridge readers, and accessories. He is also responsible for the design and engineering of the facilities in which Cue products are made.

The idea for Cue was conceived in 2010 when Clint and co-founder & Cue CEO Ayub Khattak recognized the problems with how the current health structure collects, communicates, and uses health data. They saw the opportunity to create a new model for care and started Cue to create tools that empower healthcare providers and consumers by increasing their access to actionable health data.

Clint received a Bachelor of Science degree in retail and consumer science from the University of Arizona.

Clint Sever

Ayub Khattak is co-founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

Ayub leads the Cue team of scientists, chemists, statisticians, engineers, and individuals experienced in FDA clearance of diagnostic products and more who are committed to creating a new standard of care in diagnostics, with the ability to bridge the physical to virtual care continuum and benefit everyone by keeping people healthy and productive.

Under Ayub’s leadership, the company developed the Cue Health Monitoring System that enables fast, frequent, lab-quality diagnostics by anyone, anywhere. Cue’s first commercially available product, the Cue COVID-19 Test Kit, provides highly accurate, lab-quality results directly to connected mobile smart devices in about 20 minutes. The Cue COVID-19 Test was the first FDA-authorized molecular diagnostic test for at-home and over-the-counter use, without physician supervision or a prescription.

Ayub received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ayub Khattak

Andy Hudak is Vice President, R&D & Program Management at Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

At Cue, Andy spearheaded the development of Cue’s mobile application software and system integration. Andy also helped lead the development and commercialization of Cue’s COVID-19 Test, which received a EUA from the FDA in June 2020 and the first-ever authorization of a molecular diagnostic test for non-prescription home use in March 2021.

In addition, Andy serves as program lead for Cue’s $481 million agreement with the [U.S. Department of Defense](/org/united-states-department-of-defense) to scale up Cue’s manufacturing and distribute 6 million COVID-19 tests, among other things. He also leads Cue’s $30 million contract with the HHS’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) to accelerate the development of the Cue Health Monitoring System, including influenza and COVID tests.

Andy Hudak

Erica Palsis is General Counsel of Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

At Cue, Erica oversees all legal, privacy, and compliance matters, including commercial contracting, employment, governance, intellectual property, and litigation.

Erica previously served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer for digital health company [Livongo](/org/livongo) Health where she led the company’s legal, privacy, compliance, and regulatory affairs/quality management efforts, and advised the Board and executive management. Erica was responsible for the legal aspects of [Livongo](/org/livongo)’s Series E private financing round, three acquisitions, its initial public offering, two secondary offerings, and a convertible debt offering until [Livongo](/org/livongo)’s $18.5B acquisition by virtual healthcare provider [Teladoc Health](/org/teladoc-health) in October 2020.

Prior to [Livongo](/org/livongo), Erica spent seven years at Allscripts Healthcare, a leader in health information technology solutions, where she served as Corporate Counsel.

Erica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from [Loyola University Chicago](/org/loyola-university-chicago) and Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.

Erica Palsis

Chris Achar has served as a member of the board of directors since May 2018 and was appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer in June 2021. Chris is the founder of Genzum Life Sciences, Inc., a pharmaceutical company, and has served as its chief executive officer since 2010. Prior, Chris founded Synergy Ventures, a venture capital company where he serves as a general partner, whose investments include seed-stage funding to several medical technology companies including Cue BioPharma Inc. and Provention Bio Inc.

Chris has served as a member of the board of directors of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship since 2018. Chris holds a B.S. in business marketing from California State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University School of Business.

Chris Achar

Nitin Duggal is Chief Marketing Officer of Cue Health, a healthcare technology company. At Cue, Nitin is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives at Cue, including partners, direct to consumer, customers, employers, and providers.

Nitin joined Cue from Abbott Diabetes Care where he spent 10 years in a number of leadership positions. He started his journey at Abbott as marketing lead for the launch of FreeStyle Libre in European markets. Subsequently, he launched different Libre products in the U.S. market as Senior Marketing Director. Nitin also established a digital health group in the U.S. to redefine the consumer journey and explore alternate reimbursement models. Recently, Nitin worked as Senior Commercial Director in Abbott’s Biowearable group to promote and commercialize sensing technology among the non-diabetic population.

Prior to Abbott, Nitin was a consultant at McKinsey & Co and focused on the healthcare industry. During his stay at McKinsey, he led different engagements with payors and medical device companies.

Nitin received his MBA degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication.

Nitin Duggal

Eileen Sheil is Chief Communications Officer for Cue Health, a health technology company whose mission is to enable personalized, proactive, and informed healthcare that empowers people to live their healthiest lives.

Eileen leads a mission-driven, multidisciplinary team at Cue responsible for external and internal communications with employees, customers, partners, and media around the globe.

Eileen is a seasoned executive with significant experience leading communications for large healthcare organizations. She previously served as Vice President of Global External Communications at Medtronic, a $32 billion medical device company. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director of Corporate Communications at Cleveland Clinic, where she served as the primary spokesperson nationally and globally. She also worked at Kaiser Permanente and University Hospitals of Cleveland earlier in her career.

Eileen is currently Members of Ohio University’s Board of Trustees and the Advisory Board for Ohio University’s Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, In addition, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Institute for Public Relations and is a Member of The Arthur Page Society. Previously, she has served on the International Association of the Measurement and Evaluation of Communications (AMEC)’s non-profit group.

Eileen holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University.
