Nabeela Rasheed

Nabeela Rasheed currently serves as Vice President of Intellectual Property at Cullinan Oncology, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Nabeela held the same title at Amunix Pharmaceuticals from October 2020 to September 2022, advising senior management on intellectual property and significant corporate transactions, while playing a critical role in pre-IPO and M&A activities. Nabeela's career also includes serving as Section Head of Intellectual Property at AbbVie from May 2017 to October 2019, leading a team focused on pharmaceutical IP rights, and as a Shareholder at McAndrews, Held & Malloy, where responsibilities included managing patent portfolios for various biopharmaceutical companies. Nabeela began legal practice at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP, advancing from associate to partner, while also gaining early experience as a patent agent at multiple firms. Nabeela holds a Doctor of Law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool, alongside a BSc with Honors in Biochemistry and ongoing executive education at Harvard Law School.
