Lauren Peyton serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Cultural Care Au Pair, a division of EF Education First, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held multiple positions at Shorelight from February 2014 to December 2024, including Vice President of Product Marketing, Executive Director of Program Marketing, and Senior Director of Program Marketing. Lauren's extensive experience in marketing includes leading global marketing strategies, product launches, and customer journey enhancements across various organizations, such as Continuum Managed Services, Boston University, Care.com, and MSP Communications. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in International Communications and Relations from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies from St. Olaf College.
