Eli Portnoy is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of BackEngine.ai since May 2023, Portnoy focuses on enhancing customer retention and engagement through detailed analysis of customer interactions. Previously, Portnoy held positions including Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Medallia, and CEO of Sense360, which was acquired by Medallia. Portnoy's earlier roles include President & General Manager at Telenav, CEO and Co-Founder of Thinknear, and a Senior Product Manager at Amazon.com.
