Alan Bulbin M.D.

Alan Bulbin MD is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in infectious diseases. Currently serving as the Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases at St. Francis Hospital since 2007, Alan also holds the positions of Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Director of Antimicrobial Stewardship at the same institution since 2013. In addition, Alan serves as an Honorary Police Surgeon for the New York City Police Department and a speaker for Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Merck, and Allergan, focusing on various antimicrobial products. Alan chairs the System Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee at Catholic Health System Long Island since January 2016 and has been a partner at North Shore Infectious Diseases Consultants, P.C. since 1993. Educationally, Alan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tulane University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida.
