Swati Karmarkar

Swati Karmarkar is a highly experienced professional in the supply chain and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Program Lead for Supply Chain Growth at Cummins Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Swati held several positions at Cummins Generator Technologies, including General Manager of Global Engineering Support and DGM of Global Engineering Support, where significant contributions were made as a Sr Project Manager for VPI & VPC projects and as a technical lead for cost reduction initiatives. Swati began the career as a Sr. CAD Engineer at KPIT Cummins from November 2007 to February 2010. Swati holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, completed in 2005.
