Wayne Bowden

VP, Business Development at Curebase

Wayne Bowden is the Vice President of Business Development at Curebase. Prior to joining Curebase, Wayne served as the Vice President of Partnerships and Strategy at Biorasi from January 2012 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of the histology core laboratory, including tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and microscopy. Wayne also oversaw quality control procedures and trained new employees on histological techniques.

Wayne began their career as a Research Technician II / Laboratory Manager at Baylor College of Medicine from June 2008 to October 2009. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining cell cultures, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and writing research reports. Wayne also managed the laboratory inventory and budget.

Wayne Bowden has a Professional MBA in Healthcare Management from Florida International University - College of Business, and a B.S. in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
