Michael Matheis

Michael Matheis is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a robust background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Curia since August 2025, Michael oversees manufacturing quality assurance activities and provides 24/7 support for quality-related inquiries. Previously, Michael held the position of FQA Manager for Cell Therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb, supervising QA shop floor activities. Additional roles include Senior Quality Assurance Floor Support Operations Supervisor at Takeda, Quality Assurance Supervisor at Merck, and Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Pfizer, where quality compliance and regulatory inspections were crucial.
