Bill Blau

Bill Blau is an experienced professional in facilities management and business technology, currently serving as the Global IFM Transition & Transformation Lead at Cushman & Wakefield since April 2023. Previously, Bill held several key roles at JLL, including Director of Programs and Projects, where responsibilities included managing Integrated Facilities Management deployment and overseeing customer experience training initiatives. Bill has a solid background in operational excellence, having worked on life science projects and implemented Six Sigma training programs. Additional experience includes facilities management roles at Adobe Systems, where oversight of hospitality services and site security was pivotal, and leadership positions at D&A Marketing and MGI Communications, focusing on operations and multimedia production. Bill holds two AAS degrees in Interior Design and Visual Communications/Computer Graphics from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
