Nigel Almond

Nigel Almond is an experienced professional in the field of data analytics and capital markets research, currently serving as the Head of Data Analytics and Head of Capital Markets Research at Cushman & Wakefield since October 2008. In this role, Nigel manages the global capital markets research team, focusing on innovative research regarding capital flows and tailored analyses. Nigel also holds the position of External Examiner at Bayes Business School from December 2019 to November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and ATIS Real, where research on capital markets was a primary focus. Nigel began a career in academia as a Research Analyst at the University of Glamorgan after completing a PhD in Real Estate Valuation from the University of South Wales, where a BSc in Estate Management was also earned.
