Violaine Yziquel

Violaine Yziquel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Global Customer Success at Staffbase since May 2023 and holding a board member position at Customer Success Network since March 2018, Violaine has also contributed as CEO and co-founder in community engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at Slack and Director of EMEA Customer Success Management at Box, where strategic leadership was provided to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Violaine's career began at Accenture as a Product Manager, after which significant contributions were made to companies like Nexway and Digiplug in transforming business models and leading customer success teams.
