Nataliya Barysheva has over 18 years of experience in the chemical engineering and operations sectors. Currently serving as Operations Superintendent at CVR Energy, Inc. since November 2013, Nataliya previously held the role of Senior Process Engineer. Prior experience includes positions as Technical Service Engineer and Field Service Engineer at UOP from August 2006 to September 2013, and as Technical Assistant & Interpreter at Slavneft-YANOS Refinery from July 2004 to July 2006. Nataliya holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Process Engineering and Biotechnology from Yaroslavl State Technical University, obtained in 2006 and 2004 respectively.
