Swathi Loke

Swathi Loke is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing QA operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance at CVS Health since March 2021, Swathi previously held roles as Test Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, and QA Specialist at Hewlett-Packard. Additional experience includes positions as Sr QA Engineer at Live Nation, Sr QA / Lead Engineer at Healthware Systems, and Sr QA Engineer at Monster World Wide. Swathi began a career in quality assurance as a Test Analyst at Wells Fargo and has a foundational background as a QA Engineer at MGH. Swathi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, obtained in 2005. Swathi also possesses professional certifications including PMP, SAFe POPM, and CSM.
