CWT restructure leads to three executive appointments
Travel management platform CWT has announced a new operating structure that sees three new executive appointments. Effective immediately, Patrick Andersen is the company’s President, RoomIt & Commercial, Niklas Andréen is President, Traveler Experience & Customer, and Michelle McKinney Frymire is President, Strategy & Transformation, and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Andersen will lead CWT’s Global Supplier Management, RoomIt, Marketing, Product, Partnerships, External Communications, and Solutions Group divisions. Mr. Andréen will oversee Traveler Experience, Global Sales, and Customer Engagement functions, while Ms. McKinney Frymire will take charge of all Finance, Technology, Talent & Performance, Enterprise Projects and Strategy operations.
In addition, 30-year CWT veteran Kelly Kuhn has vacated her role as Chief Customer Officer, and will assume the new role of Special Advisor on the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
