Founding Team

About

The founding team at CXA Group has a wealth of experience in the fields of innovation, health and benefits, and corporate development. The team is led by a senior partner from Mercer, and also includes a director and regional vice president from ACE, as well as a VP of corporate development and VP of distribution from Netcel360. The team also has a strong educational background, with degrees in cybernetics, finance, marketing, and human factors engineering from UCLA and Columbia Business School.
