Jelena Laudver

Head of People and Culture at CybExer Technologies

Jelena Laudver has extensive experience in the field of human resources. In 2004, they served as an HR Manager at Ritzio Entertainment Group, where they successfully built the local HR function and implemented corporate HR policies during a period of rapid company growth. From 2009 to 2012, Jelena held the position of HR Manager at AS Ühinenud Depood, where they focused on HR policy development and workforce planning. Jelena worked at OpusCapita from 2012 to 2018, first as an HR Business Partner and Group HR Development Manager, and later as the HR Manager for Itella Information. In these roles, they provided HR support to leaders across multiple countries and was involved in designing and implementing HR processes and policies. From 2018 to 2021, Jelena served as the Head of HR & Administration for Enersense International Oyj in Estonia. In 2020, Jelena founded TalentLive, a company that helps companies and talents find their perfect match and provides tailored training for hiring managers and organizations. Jelena also worked as a Training and Recruitment Partner at IT Talent Estonia during the same period. Jelena has also taught as a visiting lecturer at Tartu Kutsehariduskeskus (Tartu Vocational Education Centre) and Pärnumaa Vocational Education Centre, where they shared their knowledge on HR basics and digital solutions in the modern HR world. Jelena's most recent position is the Head of People and Culture at CybExer Technologies, starting in April 2023.

Jelena Laudver obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2006-2009. Jelena pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the same institution from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal degrees, Jelena has obtained various certifications, including WOPI Test User Training from Fontes Talent Advisory in February 2022, a Coaching Skills Certificate from EBS Executive Education in January 2021, Everything DiSC certification from IPB Partners in September 2020, Tech Sourcing certification from AmazingHiring in June 2020, and Creating a Culture of Learning certification from LinkedIn in January 2020.
