Lauri Almann

Lauri Almann is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international business transactions, regulatory matters, and public procurement. As Co-Founder of CybExer Technologies since March 2016 and a Member of the Executive Board at BHC Laboratory LLC since August 2012, Lauri Almann has demonstrated strong leadership in the technology and laboratory sectors. Previously, Lauri served as CEO of United Armaments International and held Of Counsel positions at Varul, Attorneys-at-Law, and Aare Raig Attorneys-at-Law, providing expertise in project finance, arbitration, and administrative law. Lauri's public service includes a role as Permanent Undersecretary at the Estonian Ministry of Defence, overseeing defense policy and planning from August 2004 to November 2008. Lauri holds an LL.M. in International Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Law from the University of Tartu.
