Chris Shaw is Cycle’s Head of HR with responsibility for leading the future of work strategy across the business. With over 15 years of experience in HR ranging from Fortune 500 companies to AIM listed SMEs, Mr Shaw has worked across multiple industries and brings considerable experience in HR strategic planning and execution, change management, and talent and leadership development.

Mr Shaw joined Cycle in May 2021 and is driven by the desire to deliver commercial success within industry-leading work environments that promote innovation, engagement and a continuous culture of growth and development.
