Engr.ubong Usen

Engr. Ubong Usen is a seasoned Field Services Engineer with extensive experience in medical equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Currently employed at Cynosure, LLC. since July 2023, Engr. Usen is responsible for servicing Cynosure Equipment and upgrading software. Previously, as a Senior Field Service Engineer at BD from February 2008 to July 2021, significant contributions included testing and deploying over 250 POC FACSCPresto CD4 Instruments across Nigeria. Prior roles include Site Engineer at VAMED, Service Engineer at SCOA Nigeria PLC, and Field Service Engineer at ACOUNS Nigeria Ltd. Engr. Usen has also undertaken internships in diverse engineering environments, enhancing technical skills and knowledge. The educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Technical Management and Services from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, as well as advanced degrees in Electronic and Computer Engineering and Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
