Sara Trius Dicaro

Sara Trius DiCaro currently serves as the Director of Instruction at Arnold Middle School within Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, a role assumed in October 2023, following experience as an Assistant Principal and Campus Instructional Coach at Bridgeland High School. Prior to these positions, Sara worked as a Campus Content Instructional Specialist, focusing on curriculum fidelity and differentiated instruction. With a robust teaching background, Sara has held various roles including 10th grade ELAR teacher and Team Lead, 5th grade teacher, and Pre-K teacher, while actively contributing to several educational committees and initiatives. An accomplished educator, Sara holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, along with multiple degrees in education, having achieved academic qualifications from the University of West Florida, UC Irvine, and Chapman University.
