Jenna Balestrini

Jenna Balestrini is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and digital technology sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Technologies & Business Integration and Chief of Staff to the CTO at Cytiva since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jenna was the Senior Director of Intrapreneur and Business Acceleration in the Office of the CSO at Danaher Corporation, leading enterprise-wide AI and digital innovation initiatives from May 2023 to October 2025. Jenna's previous experience includes serving as Head of Strategy for Commercial Bio at Draper, where responsibilities encompassed leading a long-term biotechnology business development strategy, directing programs in cell bioprocessing, and managing partnership deals with pharmaceutical companies. Jenna began academia as an Associate Research Scientist at Yale School of Medicine and held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Toronto, focusing on myofibroblast differentiation. Jenna holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from Iowa State University.
