Karen Coutinho

Karen Coutinho is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources for LATAM at Cytiva since May 2023. With a robust background at Pall Corporation since December 2015, Karen has functioned as LATAM Human Resources Manager, overseeing the deployment of corporate and local HR policies across Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico, while also managing various HR programs. Previously, Karen held roles at Chubb Insurance and INMAVI Brasil, and began a career in HR at Nokia Mobile Phones.
