Martin Schwalm

Martin Schwalm is a seasoned engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at CytoTronics since June 2024, Schwalm spearheads the development of innovative products that merge biology, engineering, and AI to enhance live-cell research. As CEO of Two Square Science, LLC from 2011 to the present, Schwalm oversaw the acquisition of the company's prep products by Pion Inc. in December 2022, where Schwalm subsequently took on the role of VP Business Transformation. Previous positions include President/Engineering Manager at RTS Life Science, Founder/CEO of Hatch Science, and Founder/CEO of Hatch Technology, where Schwalm was instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and technological advancements in robotic automation for various industries. Schwalm's educational background includes an ScM from Brown University and advanced studies in artificial intelligence and business management.
