Dan Anixt

Dan Anixt serves as the Head of Legal at D-Fend Solutions since June 2025, providing strategic advice and overseeing regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Previously, Anixt held the position of Of Counsel at The Sack Law Firm P.C., offering customized general counsel services to startups and small enterprises. Anixt's experience includes serving as Vice President, Corporate Secretary & General Counsel at Dedrone, where responsibilities encompassed managing legal affairs during the company's growth and acquisition by Axon. Additionally, Anixt worked as Deputy General Counsel at China Telecom Americas, leading the Legal Affairs Department, and as Corporate Counsel at MetTel, focusing on commercial and government contracts in telecommunications. Anixt earned a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA in History from Trinity College-Hartford.
