Surya Naik-Salunkhe

Surya Naik-Salunkhe is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at D. Navinchandra Jewels since March 2022, Surya previously held positions at PRS Permacel Private Limited as a Senior HR Officer, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Prior to that, Surya worked at Galaxy Motors, managing audits and oversight for ISO certification, and began the career at Bafna Motors and Triumphant Institute of Management Education. Surya holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and has additional qualifications in HR Management from Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Mumbai.
