Aljowhara Alhouti

AlJowhara AlHouti currently serves as Vice President and Legal Counsel at BlackRock since November 2024. Prior to this position, AlJowhara held multiple roles at D360 Bank from July 2021 to November 2024, including Legal Director, Acting General Counsel & Board Secretary, and Senior Legal Manager. Experience at NEOM included Authority Activation, while positions at Hadya Group comprised Senior Legal Advisor and Legal Advisor from August 2017 to February 2021. AlJowhara was a Lecturer of Law at Saudi Electronic University between February 2015 and January 2018 and previously worked as a Legal Advisor at Hani Qurashi Law Firm from November 2012 to November 2013. The legal career began as a Legal Intern at The National Commercial Bank - AlahliNCB in mid-2009. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business and Finance Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Law from King Abdulaziz University.
