Clara Thee ThinZar Khin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Clara Thee ThinZar started their career in 2010 as a Web Developer at RMA Group Singapore, where they maintained and developed websites and provided IT support. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at Cardiff University and later became a Project Developer at the School of Health Care Studies within the same university. In 2013, Clara joined Gemalto as a Research & Development Software Engineer. Clara Thee ThinZar then joined Telenor Myanmar in 2014 and took on various roles, including Associate, Service Management, Value Added Service and Manager, Head of Value Added Service. Clara became the Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy and Intelligence at Telenor Myanmar in 2018, and they held this position until 2021. Currently, they are working at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar as the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation & Corporate Planning since February 2021. Throughout their career, Clara has gained expertise in digital transformation, corporate planning, strategic management, product development, and project management.

Clara Thee ThinZar Khin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Computer Engineering at Temasek Polytechnic from 2006 to 2009. In 2005 to 2006, they also earned an International Diploma in Computing from Informatics Computer School, Singapore. Clara Thee ThinZar'slatest educational endeavor is an Online Strategy Execution Program at INSEAD, which they started in 2017 and is currently undertaking.
