Valeria Libreros Ruiz

Valeria Libreros Ruiz is a legal professional and academic with extensive experience in international law and human rights. Currently serving as a Legal and Business Development Advisor at DAI since May 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor at Universidad del Rosario, Valeria has held significant roles such as Advisor at the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Advisor on Legal and International Issues at the Vice Presidency of Colombia. Valeria's earlier experience includes positions at the Secretaría de Transparencia de Colombia, Brigard Urrutia, and internships at the Ministry of Commerce and the Supreme Court of Justice. Valeria holds a degree in Jurisprudence from Universidad del Rosario and a Master 1 in International Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
