Dr. Kristina Pfeifer

Dr. Kristina Pfeifer is a Research and Development Engineer at Daimler Truck AG, specializing in high-voltage battery systems and sodium-ion battery technology, with a focus on sustainable battery concepts and recycling since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Scientist in Analytics and Quality Control at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, where contributions were made to quality assurance in lithium-ion battery production, and as a PhD Student, conducting research on sodium-ion batteries. Additional roles encompass a Master Thesis and Industrial Internship at Bosch, where work involved the synthesis and testing of energy storage materials and hybrid supercapacitors, as well as development of gas sensor materials at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. Dr. Pfeifer holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Tübingen.
