Nita Y. Barnes, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as a Senior HR Benefits Specialist at Daimler Truck North America since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nita worked at Alight Solutions as a Benefits Specialist, providing support to over 240,000 employees regarding defined contribution plans and benefits administration.
