Adam Bierce is currently the Senior Director of Engineering, Technical Services, and Process Automation at Dairy Farmers of America. With nearly two decades of experience in the food and beverage industry, Adam has also served as the Founding President of A2B Engineering & Automation Consulting since 2018. Previous roles include significant positions at Dean Foods, Nestlé, and Kraft Foods, where Adam managed multi-million dollar projects and led engineering teams. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has partial completion of a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
