Delonza Darty

DeLonza Darty is an experienced operations leader in the automotive manufacturing sector with a track record of success in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Assistant Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Dakkota Integrated Systems since March 2020, DeLonza oversees the hiring, training, and development of a large team. Prior to this, DeLonza held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Flex-N-Gate, managing assembly lines and leading continuous improvement projects. Additional experience includes serving as Production Superintendent at Grupo Antolin, and supervisory roles at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors and Android Industries. DeLonza has a foundational education from Macomb Community College, completing studies from 2015 to 2018.
