Diana Chiu

Diana Chiu is the VP, Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Agilent Technologies. Diana has previously worked as Legal Counsel for Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. and Corporate Counsel for Marvell Semiconductor, Inc.

Diana has a wealth of experience in corporate law, reporting and compliance with the ’34 Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, stock exchange rules and public company corporate governance guidelines. Diana has also advised on M&A transactions, entity formation and state corporate law compliance.

In their role as Commercial and Licensing Counsel, Diana manages the non-disclosure agreement program and advises on complex commercial contracting and licensing agreements. Diana also supervises outside counsel on various legal matters.

Diana Chiu graduated with a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. Diana then attended the University of Southern California and obtained their M.H.A. in Health Administration. Finally, they went to the University of Virginia School of Law and earned their Doctor of Law degree (J.D.).
