Cathie O'Toole

Cathie O'Toole is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Dalhousie University since October 2025. Prior to this role, Cathie was the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Halifax Regional Municipality from January 2023 to October 2025 and held various positions at Halifax Water, including General Manager and Director of Corporate Services/CFO from April 2011 to January 2023, overseeing areas such as finance, procurement, human resources, and customer service.
