Leonardo Caricato

Leonardo Caricato is an experienced professional in industrial design and composite manufacturing, currently serving as a Carbon Fiber Bonding Fitter and Trimmer at Dallara since January 2023, specializing in high-performance components for racing and F1 vehicles. Previously, Leonardo held the position of Industrial Designer at Break Point, where innovative product development led to market leadership for multiple toys and games, and at Caneparo S.R.L., where a cross-functional team was led to enhance product efficiency and expand customer reach. Additional experience includes an internship focused on user-centered design for espresso machines at Criollo 1924 and work as a Design Assistant at VISUAL UNO, emphasizing retail design.
