Massimo Scicali is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in strategic technology management and project oversight. Currently, as the Director of Strategy - Engagement & PMO for Dallas County, Massimo defines and executes comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previously, at DART, Massimo served as the Head of Enterprise Applications Delivery, managing a significant budget and a large team focused on ERP systems. Prior roles include Senior IT Manager at the City of Dallas, where portfolio management and team leadership were pivotal, and Technology Executive at Logos Informatica, where Massimo specialized in automating business processes. Massimo's career began at STMicroelectronics, progressing through various roles, including Senior Manager of IT, culminating in overseeing IT operations across North and Latin America. Massimo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from ECAP Catania.
