Nicole Bushland

Nicole Bushland has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Consultant at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport since March 2001. In this role, Nicole provides professional consulting services to multiple key divisions, including Customer Experience and Revenue Management, Finance and ITS, Legal, and Audit, supporting approximately 800 employees. Prior to this position, Nicole worked at Target from February 1995 to March 2001, where roles included HR Consultant, HR Business Manager, HR Generalist, and Employee Relations Representative, culminating as District Employee Relations Specialist and Executive Team Leader for Team Relations. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Texas A&M University and has completed the SHRBP Program.
