Bhavesh Wala

Bhavesh Wala is a seasoned professional in the cement industry with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Deputy Executive Director at Dalmia Bharat Limited since December 2021, Bhavesh has a proven track record of implementing cost reduction strategies and optimizing operational efficiencies. Prior to this, Bhavesh held the position of Vice President at UltraTech Cement for eight years, focusing on reducing power consumption and labor optimization. Previous roles include Senior General Manager and Head of Department in Mechanical, where Bhavesh improved reliability and established cost-saving initiatives. Beginning the career as a Quality Control Manager at Ambuja Cements Ltd, Bhavesh also gained foundational experience at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd as an Engineering Apprentice. Bhavesh holds an MBA from Manipal GlobalNxt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from IME India.
