Pandian Panneerselvam

Pandian Panneerselvam is an accomplished industrial engineer with extensive experience in the cement and textile industries. Currently serving as a Manager at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. since February 2012, Pandian has played a vital role in enhancing productivity and reducing processing times, notably increasing packing plant output and optimizing the primary crusher segment change process. Prior to this, as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Gokaldas Images Pvt. Ltd., management of six industrial engineers and 900 workmen led to significant improvements in production efficiency through the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles, as well as cost reductions and enhanced employee safety. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Industrial Engineer at Leela Scottish Lace Private Limited and as a Production Engineer at Bharathiya International Pvt. Ltd., where Pandian contributed to production planning and operational efficiency.
