Lasse Riisberg

Lasse Riisberg is an International Talent Attraction Specialist at Dalux since June 2025, contributing to a dedicated HR team focused on fostering a healthy work environment to attract and retain talent. Previously, Lasse served as a Senior Search Consultant at Basico P/S from April 2024 to April 2025, recruiting specialists and executives in the CFO domain. Prior to that role, Lasse worked at Right A/S as a Senior Search Consultant from February 2023 to February 2024, specializing in executive search and strategic support. Lasse's career also includes positions at Bysted & Partners, where responsibilities included research, analysis, and project management in executive search, as well as roles focusing on candidate sourcing and screening. Lasse took a paternity leave in early 2020 before completing a Master's degree in Political Communication & Management at Copenhagen Business School in 2021, building on a Bachelor's degree in English and Organisational Communication earned from the same institution in 2020.
