Ashley Ray

Ashley Ray began their career in 2012 as a Fiscal Support Technician with the University of Arkansas. Ashley was quickly promoted to Fiscal Support Specialist (Treasurer's Office) in 2013 due to their strong work ethic and eagerness to take on more responsibility. In 2016, Ashley moved to 22squared as an Assistant Budget Analyst, where they collated, documented, and analyzed data to ensure appropriate budget is set and maintained for each project. In 2018, Ashley became an Independent Contractor as a New Business Development Manager. Ashley spearheaded research of new business opportunities within the freight industry and increased customer base by 11%. In 2021, Ashley joined Dama Financial as a Sales/Revenue Operations and Enablement, where they increased ARR by $1M+ and developed and executed strategies to increase Revenue and streamline processes.

Ashley Ray attended the University of Arkansas, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, General. In October 2022, they obtained a HubSpot Revenue Operations Certified certification from HubSpot.
